The hotel room was really clean and spacious. There was a bit of noise from people walking by the front or construction, but otherwise it was quite quiet. The restraunt next door was also very good. I like that I could order from my phone my meal. Location was not too far from station, and it was not busy arriving/leaving from area. We were able to walk to Universal Studios Japan from hotel. Overall, I highly recommend for quieter/less busy area stay nearby Universal Studios.
