Fantastic

Stayed with family · For friends and family

This was my first time visiting an all-inclusive beach resort with a large group, and the layout, range of activities, and amenities were great! While we had a slight issue with our check-in, we were offered some upgrade options that resolved the inconvenience. The staff was all great, and the beachfront and turquoise water views were stunning. I loved all the different restaurants, smoothie bar, coffee shop, and the adults zone and kids only zone on opposite sides of the resort. There were plenty of structured and unstructured activities to choose from, which was great for a large group with many preferences. Highly recommend this stay for a weekend.

Our stay was amazing we had a great time and would come back!! Every restaurant was great staff was very helpful. Wish the hot tubs were hot was the only complaint I would have. Mr Roger with the pool entertainment was awesome!

Great
​The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the culinary experience and the warm hospitality from the team. While the property offers fewer activities than expected, our primary concern was the pool area. Without temperature controls, the pool water reaches uncomfortably high temperatures in the afternoon heat. Installing a cooling system would greatly improve the guest experience.

Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers
