Stayed with partner

They initially placed us in the wrong room and had us pack and move early in the morning before we headed out, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, though, the place was nice to stay at. I just wish they had been a bit more flexible and understanding instead of rushing us to switch rooms while we were in a hurry.

Our stay at Hide Away Villas in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our experience was truly the incredible staff. Pande, the Manager, was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. His attentiveness, kindness, and dedication to guest comfort did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression on us. His entire team was equally fantastic, always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their service elevated our experience and made our time in Ubud even more special. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay with top-tier hospitality, Hide Away Villas is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay overall. Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice pool area to relax in. Check-in was smooth and the property felt well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

We stayed for a week, together with the kids. We ho back home today, and when asking them what their experience was they remark how wonderful their time was at the villa, flagging how nice it was to be in the middle of the nature! While still under construction, you do not feel it at all! The villa has it all! Just fantastic! And Pande was all the time so helpful! Thank you all!

We liked everything! The place is very quiet in a tranquil forest. Pande is the best, this guy is doing literally everything for the guests to have a lovely stay! Villas are spacious, clean and a really nice design. It's absolutely gorgeous to wake up and enjoy the view and the sound of birds and river! Breakfast very delicious. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone that enjoys nature! Lovely place!! Thank you our brother Pande! Greetings from Andra and Edy 😊
