Place is nice. Staff is helpful.. the only thing I didn’t like was the smoking in the lobby but that is an Istanbul general problem “everybody smokes “ even my room and bathroom after maintenance smells like smoke. No ice machine either.

Everything was great except cleaning the room we reaceived a very clean room but later the cleaning was not good at all .satff was great definitely will come again but I prefer a better cleaning esp the floor and dust next time during the stay .

convenient location, tram station a short walk away will take you to many places of interest eg grand bazaar, spice market, blue mosque etc in about half an hour. best way to travel as the traffic is terrible during peak hours
