The staff at the restaurants are amazing especially if you’re having breakfast, the people at the lobby at night time and the Butler are usually some ladies that are pretty rude i’ve honestly don’t have any good words for them.

Solo stay

I enjoyed my stay, the only issue i had was the food particularly the buffet, they need to improve a whole lot with the food options. I saw other resorts where they had way better food options. I expected authentic tacos, burritos and more seafood varieties being that its Mexico and around the sea. Also, for an all-inclusive, it would have been excellent if they had at least one complementary spa session included in the package.

We stayed for our honeymoon for 6 nights, it was both of our first time to Cancun. First off the food was unmatched, it was fresh and made with care. The rooms were beautiful we had the basic room and it was absolutely stunning. Staff was very helpful and the restaurants always had availability for reservations. Carlos at the Oishii restaurant provided some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. We would highly recommend anyone to this resort.

Restaurants are good, staff is nice, but you need a club membership to access the roof during the day and the hotel is not on the sea

Great for an adult get away. Food was not the greatest compared to when we travelled into town or to visit other places. However the resort has a great selection but the quality isn’t the greatest.

The resort was only half open. The other side was off limits. Only had 3 restaurants and one was closed Sunday to Tuesday. There's no beach at resort you have to take a 5-minute shuttle. The rooftop pool is the best part of the resort.
