Fantastic My stay at Grand Resort Princess Arima was unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly stood out—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The level of hospitality here is exceptional and really made my experience special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, set on a peaceful hillside with stunning views. It’s a great place to relax and take in the natural beauty. The food was another highlight—absolutely delicious and artfully prepared. I highly recommend booking the half board plan, as the meals are a true culinary experience.
This is also a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture. From the traditional meals and serene onsen to the refined atmosphere and heartfelt service, everything reflects the spirit of Japan.
The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus (better to book in advance), and there’s even a swimming pool if you feel like taking a dip. The location is quiet and scenic—perfect for a peaceful getaway.
I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a stay—it’s a cultural experience, made truly memorable by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I would love to return!

Staff is terrible. Dining space floor is dirty. I booked room with bath room but got without. Tried to change . Finally got room with bath, but poor conditions.
