Hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the station. Dohtonbori and Kuromon Market were also accessible. Staff were nice and approachable. Room was a little outdated but it was fine since I was out majority of the day. I just wished the toilet in the room had bidet. Overall a good accommodation and wouldn’t mind booking again.

great and super prompt service - very responsive through their email. the check in was seamless too as we arrived after the front desk staff knocks off. in fact when we arrived, the staff was leaving but still stayed a little to explain the login to the main entrance and our hotel room. very friendly staff. this is a basic hotel so cleaning is not done daily but it’s a clean place. need walk a bit more to train station but just about 10ish minute. only complain would be the bed - too soft that one might fall when seated at the edge.
