As we arrived the lobby was lovely and cool good seating area. The staff were very helpful speaking a variety of languages. As we got to our room it was adequate As there were 5 of us in total we got a room with 4 bed 2 bed were queen sized. The toilet and bathroom was nice slightly cramped toilet was broken but repaired. Shower cubicles itself was nice I like the floor tiles not slippy. There was a fridge with water already Tea coffee making facilities Good a/c facilities WiFi was a bit laggy but not too bad all in all our stay here was more than enough and comfortable would recommend.

The location is not far, but there is a hill never been mentioned in the description coming back to the hotel is very difficult due to very steep hills The reception staff are very friendly professional our special thanks to “Anwar” the polite lady at the front desks made our stay so welcoming She is Absolutely amazing, my kind Regards to Anwar she will be missed Today 23rd July after partying Duhar, a Guest was sitting and spreading his legs (playing with his himself in a public area I was sitting with my wife totally ashamed reported him to reception They didn’t do anything It was totally disgusting and bad experience Rooms The house keeping is not up to standard, the housekeeping staff unfortunately don’t understand or lying not sure I was promised my room will be cleaned and refreshed in 30 minutes after praying Duhar Unfortunately was done according to their plan

We visited last year in 2025 and this year as well, but this time we had a terrible experience. The bathroom smells were horrible, and the staff was unable to remove them.

I never used this booking, i never stayed at the hotel by this booking . I just used the previus booking , but when i did request for extension by expedia , expedia give me wrong dates . I cancelled in this same minute , but unfortunately expedia refuse to give me different dates or refund , they asked me to contact with priority, i went to meet The booking manager at hitel Mr Amer Essam , he promised to help me , i trusted him but later he said i am sorry , your booking through hotel bed who booked by exped,Expedia should not deal with this hotel , this hotel doesn’t respect any expedia customers. hotel policy is like mafia works. When you do online booking by expedia then you request any service they said we can’t do anything for you . Contact with expedia. When I contacted Expedia they tried to help me but unfortunately they didn’t. I deal with expedia because the police of cancellation is flexible during 24 hrs . But the cancellation with this hotel or change is not allowed. The mistakes was by expedia app , I have booked 3 days by Expedia.but Expedia unfortunately choose different dates. I have cancelled in the same moment after i saw the wrong dates . But unfortunately the Expedia never did refund for me. 2 weeks till this moment no on help me . Expedia should have the power to do the necessary actions for helping their clients. I will wait 3 days more if they Expedia do something for this issue . If no , i will post my complaint to all social media and YouTubers.

Honestly it was a superb experience, beds were great, shower nice and hot, although not enough cold water. When I asked for water bottles or anything from downstairs it usually took some time, and on top of that the bottles were very warm too. But the staff were very very pleasant. Breakfast was nice and well priced

It’s a little away from the kabba big hill to climb back other than that very nice hotel very good staff
