Solo stay

el lugar es Bonito , pero esta descuidado , los baños no trabaja el agua caliente en la ducha , me queje varias veces y hasta me cambiaron de habitacion y tampoco trabajaba la ducha caliente en la nueva habitacion , ademas , tiene problema con el ascensor , no trabaja cada vez que llueve deben apagarlo y la gente tiene que bajar o subir las maletas por las escaleras , el personal muy bueno y trabaja bien... es una triteza que no mantenga una buena construccion.. y tenga problemas electricos al parecer.

The breakfast are good during the week and on the weekend, they step it up and are even better. They had eggs mixed with ham, two different kinds of arepas fresh fruit and couple of juices to choose from. The rooms were clean and comportable. The pool area is nice with covered areas to be out of the sun, main pool water is a bit cool.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly kind — truly the best part of the stay. Everything was very clean and the service overall was excellent. That said, the room itself was extremely small and uncomfortable for three people, and the bathroom was absolutely tiny. The food at the restaurant was good, but the breakfast buffet was a big disappointment. The food wasn’t hot, the setup didn’t seem to have the proper equipment for a real buffet, and even though the flavors were good, cold eggs and soggy arepas are definitely a no for me. Great staff, great service, but the hotel setup and buffet need improvement.
