chambre spacieuse et propre. le onsen etait super. par contre, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver le lieu, l'adresse donnée sur hôtels.com nous a envoyé dans les champs de thé.

Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip.

とても良いお宿でした。スタッフはいませんが特に困ることがなく、快適に過ごせました。温泉のお湯が肌当たりなめらかでとてもよかったです。お部屋にいきなりソファがあってちょっとびっくりしましたが、結果的にくつろぐのにとても良かったです。カードキーを玄関の棚に裏返して置いていたら、棚とキーの裏が同系色なのとライトの暗さで全く目立たず、なくしたのかと思って探してしまいました。あれは違う色の方がうれしいなぁ。

周辺は何もないので、車で来ていたらとても便利。こちらにはスタッフの方がいないですが、特に不便だとは思いませんでした。お風呂も綺麗で良い風呂でした。チェックインだけがとてもわかりにくかったです。それ以外は十分です。

部屋が約12畳以上もあり、ゆっくりとくつろげた。 トイレ、洗面所、お風呂も一緒ではなかったので良かったです。 大浴場は最高でした。さすが、嬉野温泉です。 チェックインの時、QRコードの説明が分からず、ドアがオープン出来ず…近くにいた別の宿泊の方と協力して開けました。(機械にうといからでしょうけど…)

館内は改装が見られる所もあります。 普段はスタッフが常駐しないことは承知していましたが、それでも入館時の匂いや部屋の清掃等、もう少し隅々まで気配りを感じられたらと思う部分もありました… 温泉のお湯がとろすべで最高なことがカバーしてくれているように思います。
