I booked this hotel because it was near to where I am taking my exam. It was so comfortable, the room smells nice. Accomodating staff, check in and check out was easy and fast. Complete amenities. Near some high end resto and bars.

A great spot within walking distance from Osaka Station. There were no issues checking in or out and the staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms are small as to be expected with Japanese hotels and therefore if you're traveling with anything more than carry on baggage, you may have a cramped room. That's a traveler issue and not a hotel matter. Plan accordingly and have a great time.

I booked 2 rooms at the hotel and they acceded to my requests to have the rooms next to each other. However, when checking in, there was a pool of water near the door in 1 of the rooms. After informing the front desk, they assessed the room while I waited at the hotel lobby. After about 30 mins, the front desk still had no update. I informed them that i will go up to my other room to wait for their update. After waiting for another 10 mins, I went down to the front desk again. They then advised me that they will provide a temporary replacement room. I'm not sure why it required me to check with them a few times and wait longer than 30 mins to finally get an update. Nonetheless, the various front desk staff that I met on various days were very helpful & cordial. The hotel is well-located near many eateries, FamilyMart & 7-11 and the nearest sub-way entrance was about 5 mins walk. It was also about slightly less than 10 mins walk to the Osaka train station. However, the hotel is located in a side road and was a bit difficult to locate when 1st checking-in even when using Goggle Maps. The hotel is a bit jaded and some areas could do with a replacement. In addition, although the rooms were reasonably clean, when I moved a stool or air filter around, there would be dust on the carpet where the item was. From a security perspective, the lifts to the rooms were in a public area where there were pubs and FamilyMart. The lifts did not require any passcode or the hotel rooms door pass scanning to operate, meaning any non-hotel guest could go up to the rooms.

We were happy with our proximity to train stations, and the food options in the area were great as well. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Osaka.
