Solo stay

I booked the hotel late, as my flight was delayed by over 2 hours, and I arrived at the airport just after midnight. I never arrived at the hotel. I spent almost an hour driving around, whilst my sat navigation sent me in circles. In the end I decided to drive home, which took 2 and a half hours.

Stayed with kids

The room was clean and the cleaning staff came to clean our room even though we only had a two night stay. Do not leave anything that needs to be refrigerated in the room because the cleaning staff will take the key that keeps the fridge on. We loved the stay and will be back but will only plan on no perishables going in the fridge next time.

Room was lovely. Food Excellent. Great Shuttle service. Courteous staff. Gym rules weren't policed very well. Adults brought their toddlers into the gym which wasn't safe or considerate. Pool table out of action due to missing balls. Otherwise a great stay for a weekend break.

The staff were very accommodating and efficient at this busy hotel. The room was beautifully clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a great variety of high quality food and drinks to choose from.

Large clean room with good facilities. Had dinner in hotel, food and drink good but waiter constantly in his phone. Couldn’t get through to hotel for shuttle bus from airport and no one on reception when we arrived. However shuttle bus back to airport was easy to arrange.
