This is not a 5 star hotel. The management is very poor. They also practice silent race based discrimination where they give amenities like wine and upgrades or preferred rooms to White guests. The front desk staff lie a lot to deny black guests service

Very bad manager and front desk staff. Housekeeping service is poor and slow. Deceitful and dishonest staff. Not a 5 star hotel, claustrophobic. Breakfast is good. Poor service detracts from the pilgrimage experience. Stay away
