Very clean property. Staff was more than accommodating. We absolutely loved the views and the vibe. We will be back soon.

The place is beautiful. The restaurants Dragon, Bluewater Grill and Neppolio was absolutely amazing. The buffet cafe was ok. The other restaurants there the service was offensive and the food was not good. When I purchased all inclusive I expected all inclusive. But upon check in I was asked do I want to upgrade to premier which allows access to another dining experience and other amenities. Also I have been to countless all inclusive adult only resorts and the pool has never closed at 6pm. If I knew the pool closed at 6pm I would have never stayed here. The was not the experience I was looking for but because I am me I can have a great time anywhere.

This was a very well run property. We enjoyed the room especially. Staff was exceptional. The amenities were outstanding. The food was good enough. The location was perfect for the beach. Driving to excursions can be a challenge in the afternoon. But that's just how it is in Cancun.

From the moment we checked in, we were misled by the sales staff. They made promises they had no intention of keeping just to convince us to accept an “upgrade.” It was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely ruined our first impression of the hotel. What should have been a special celebration of our anniversary became one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Choosing this resort for such an important occasion was our biggest mistake. We expected honesty, respect, and excellent service, but instead we were met with false promises and poor treatment. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Where to begin how amazing this place is! The food is outstanding the honeymoon suite, being by myself was absolutely stunning. The view was insane. The amenities are crazy and there’s so many things to do you never wanna leave the resort. But if you do, there is shopping in so many things nearby the clubs like senior frogs are very close and easy to get to if you’re looking for a great time that is adult friendly look no further 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Horrible checkin.. I was being treated like a potential criminal with multiple verifications and many extra steps that no other hotel EVER has asked me to do in the last 50 years. The hotel staff follows you everywhere you go. They have 3 motions trackers on each room (one in bathroom, one in shower!) , tracking your movements all the time. for check-in you have to sign a large number is restrictions that was not conveyed when making reservation. The check-in person was not answering any questions properly. It took too long, to restrictive (i.e, you can not have even your cousin (living locally) visit you at your room for even few minutes. You have to get a pass card everytime you leave hotel. The food in this all inclusive hotel was simply TERRIBLE. The room service only provides hamburger, chicken breast and pizza. The chicken breast was so rubbery that it was impossible to chew it down. i have taken pictures of all above for reference. The check out was equally stressful. I requested a late check-out which was offered to me for $50 extra at check-in, but was declined when I asked for it at check-out.. they forced me to check out at noon. and only honored their promise of late check out, AFTER i had packed my bags and left the room; and after I requested to talk to a supervisor at the front desk. In short, I found the front staff, despite of their ingratiating fake smiles, highly offensive, uncompromising and treating customers like they all gonna cheat the hotel.

Secrets is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, but it wasn’t the experience I expected. There is no nightclub or dedicated venue with music and dancing, and the lounge closes at 1:00 a.m., so the nightlife is very limited. The restaurants offer the same menus every day, which became repetitive during my stay. Considering the size of the resort, the restaurants also felt too small, leading to longer wait times. Unfortunately, the food at the Italian restaurant was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Overall, this resort caters more to guests looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation rather than a lively, social atmosphere. In my opinion, it is better suited for an older crowd, particularly those seeking peace and tranquility, rather than travelers looking for nightlife and entertainment.
