A very relaxing and enjoyable experience

Amazing place. So relaxing and peaceful. Concierges were great, quickly responsive and helpful. Bikes waiting for us at our cottage. Bonus perk with early entry to the cenote (all by ourselves!) and free zip lines. Would have been nice to have a property map, we realized on our last day we missed most of the bike trail and garden. But we will catch that on our next visit!

This could be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We have never experienced the level of personalisation and care that Oriundo showed. From letting us choose the scent of our rooms, to having our favourite fruits in our room, different coffees and pastries delivered to the door each morning, this hotel is simply wonderful. There are only (I think) 5 or 6 rooms and certainly our room was incredibly special and beautiful. The on site dining is luxurious. All the staff, and in particular Gustavo who checked us in, were wonderful and really enhanced our stay. This is all before mentioning the on site cenote. Private access in the AM before the public arrives is a perk that cannot be underplayed in its value. But our big highlight was our private candlelit dinner in the cenote one night. This was magical. It was not cheap but it felt worth every penny we paid. It felt like a “money can’t buy” experience and it was so romantic and special. This hotel is wonderful and truly felt luxurious, personal and intimate. We cannot recommend it enough and would love to return one day!

Oriundo resort is such a paradise. The concierge team is exceptional thoughtful and caring. The dishes at restaurant is above our expectations. The facilities is awesome. We had a fun morning going to the cenote and zip line. The room is beyond my expectations. The only draw back is the hot water for jacuzzi is not enough. Other than that, we had a wonderful vacation at Oriundo resort. Highly recommend if you are visiting Chichén Itzá or Yucatán 👍

The grounds and the villa were beautiful. The pool and the restaurant were top notch. The hotel provided bicycles that were perfect for riding around the grounds and to a nearby park, where there was restaurants, shopping, zip lining, and a cenote. The staff was excellent and it was a fantastic experience!

Staff were wonderful. The rooms and surroundings were very luxurious and the icing on the cake - free ziplining and private swim at the hotels own cenote complete with waterfall.

Staying at the Oriundo was like staying in paradise. The villas are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. The massages were great, and we loved having bikes that we could use on the property. Highly recommend!

I might not come if I had known it just opened. Staff needs lots of training. Nice rooms, location, amenities.
