Times Suite was conveniently located near the Pincetto Minimetro and at the bottom steps leading to the old town centre. The accommodation was spacious and perfectly adequate for our 4 night stay. A big comfortable bed and excellent air-conditioning which was needed in the heatwave. The bathroom was unusual and very well equipped. A couple of things missing from our room such as glasses (for water etc) but a quick WhatsApp message to the hosts was quickly responded to and dealt with. Highly recommended.

Located in a very good spot and nicely decorated. That said, be aware that this is somewhere between a hotel and aparthotel and is unstaffed with very basic amenities.

O hotel é muito bom e nossa estadia foi ótima. Ficamos num quarto no 2o andar, super silencioso, espaçoso e confortável. A cama era um pouco firme para o meu gosto, mas mesmo assim, boa. Tinha uma cafeteira e água no quarto, bom número de tomadas, banheiro amplo e bem limpo com pia grande e bidê (que faz toda a diferença. Aspectos negativos: o ralo do banheiro não drenada a água direito e alagava um pouco o banheiro, e a porta fo banheiro pegava no chão para abrir e travava. Além disso, o hotel não me enviou por e-mail o código de acesso ao hotel (já que não fica ninguém do staff no hotel) e nem o link para realizar o check-in. Precisei ligar diversas vezes no número fornecido enquanto aguardava na rua com as malas, até que, depois de algum tempo, um funcionário do hotel me retornou a ligação. Ainda precisei esperar e ligar novamente até que esse funcionário me enviasse por WhatsApp o link para check-in e o código de acesso. Depois desse problema de comunicação, tudo transorreu super bem. Hotel super bem localizado.

Clean room and good location

I would have liked my room cleaned each day and would be prepared to pay for this

We stayed at the Times Suites & Bar for 2 nights in the Luxury Studio Suite. The room was lovely; clean, spacious, with a fridge and 2 televisions. The area is very convenient with great access to city centre. Communication with the staff was very good, quick to respond and good check-in. My one complaint was that no staff were actually on site. We were told if we needed anything to just whatsapp them. We did so, asking for wine glasses (as there were none in the room, only paper glasses) and we were told we could only get them the following afternoon because there was no staff on site. In addition, although there is a bar on site, it was locked the whole time we were there. Overall a nice stay, but I think it's important for travellers to understand how things work.

Looked amazing on the photos but not as nice in reality, check in was a bit of a pain having to call and wait for staff to turn up from a different hotel. Room was new but lots of corners cut. Breakfast was great and barman and staff at breakfast were really nice,
