What do I need to bring when picking up the car?

When picking up your car, you'll need:

  1. Driver's license: The main driver's license needs to have been held for at least 1 or 2 years (depending on the rental company's policy). Additional drivers must also present their driver's license. If your driver's license is not written using English characters (e.g. Arabic, Greek, Chinese, etc.), you must bring an international driving permit along with your original license. Specific requirements may differ depending on the rental supplier. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the time of booking and on the booking details page.
  2. Credit card: A valid credit card in the name of the main driver and with sufficient funds must be presented at the rental desk to pre-authorize or charge the deposit.
  3. Valid ID: A valid photo ID (passport, national ID, drivers licence etc.) must be presented to the car rental company. Specific requirements may differ depending on the rental supplier. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the time of booking and on the booking details page.
  4. Printed voucher: A printed version of your voucher must be presented when you pick up the car. Failure to present it may result in an additional charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Costs for any additional drivers and extra equipment need to be paid when you pick up the car. Please bear those costs in mind when charging your credit card. If you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the card, or the card is not in the main driver's name, the staff may refuse to release the car. If this happens, you will not be eligible for a refund.
