What should I do if my flight schedule is changed?

If you choose to be picked up at your flight's arrival, the driver will pick you up after your flight has landed. If you choose to be picked up at a designated time, the driver will pick you up at the selected time. If you choose a specific pick-up time and your flight is delayed or rescheduled, you can't get a refund.
