Can I make amendments to my mainland China train ticket?

Klook does not support online ticket amendments. Please go to a train station in mainland China to make these changes. The official ticket changing rules are as follows:

i. You can only change the train, seat, time, and date. Changing passenger information is not allowed. Also, you may only change the ticket once.

ii. If you make the change more than 49 hours before departure: You can change to any other train and date within the next 30 days

iii. If you make the change less than 48 hours before departure: You can change to any other train on or before your original departure date

iv. If you make the change after the train has departed: You can change to other trains on your original departure date. However, tickets can only be changed at the departure station indicated on your physical ticket.
