What people are saying about Experiences in Tokyo

this experience was so incredible. we were able to go up close and personal with all the owls and there were also plenty of photo opportunities. we were also able to hold the owls and the staff were all so professional and accommodating. there was also a photographer to take professional pictures. in the end we were each gifted with a laminated card with our chosen photo. it is definitely a special and unique experience and we were only able to discover it on klook! we highly recommend everyone to try this experience.

Small venue but worth it with the Klook price! Many cute photo opportunities and one of a kind merchandise. Cute and photo worthy food! It was crowded and lines were up to 50 mins of wait but you can purchase puropass you bypass the lines. I liked that you had the option of picking and choosing which lines you don’t want to wait on.

This was so much fun and such a great learning experience! The cooking class leaders were so kind and even though I could not speak much Japanese, they were very accommodating and spoke enough English for us to understand how to make each dish. The view of the sumida River was amazing, and we even got to use the glass cups we used for the kiriko class for some green tea with our meal. Both classes were so fun, and I am so appreciative of the attentiveness of the staff at both the edo kiriko studio and the cooking class. Would definitely recommend going!

If you are new to renting a Kimono, look no further. They have many Kimonos with a variety of colors and patterns to choose from. If you cannot decide, they will give advice on which one to choose based on your skin color or body type. Their rate is unbeatable. The staff are helpful. Their service is good. And, they will provide professional advice while wearing the Kimono. Just do not expect too much. What you will get at this rental shop is quite enough to have a memorable experience. Speak no Japanese? No problem: they have somebody to interpret for you. We chose English interpretation, and it was good enough. Option wise, we opted for the "Early Bird," and it provided us with enough time to walk around Asakusa to take pictures. It gave us 2.5 hours in the afternoon, and we thought we had a good deal. If you want plenty of time to take pictures, even get out of Asakusa to visit other parts of Tokyo in Kimono, go for the whole day option. You will pay extra for it, of course, but it will not break the bank. You need to remember that if you opt for the whole day option, you must return the Kimono by/at 4:30 PM. And, if you opt for the Early Bird option, you can return the Kimono by/at 5:30 PM. Just do not be late. If you are late, they will charge you extra fee. Overall, we recommend this shop highly, for we had a good experience with them like many others before us. The reviews others had left before us, helped us greatly in choosing the right shop; this one. We hope our review will help you, too, in choosing the right shop for your Kimono experience. Good luck! Happy hunting! Do not forget your camera!

I am rating the shop with 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The price for the rental of the kimono complete with all the accessories is very competitive and reasonable; 2. The selection we were given for the price that we paid was not so wide but pretty. We were given the chance to upgrade but we didn’t have to because we were able to choose right away the kimono and obi print that we loved.😍 3. The ladies who assisted us were very friendly and efficient in all the tasks they did. They can also speak good English. I will definitely go back there next time. Thank you for the superb service.👍👏🥰

Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We did this as a family activity and we didn't regret it. We booked a guide that brought us around. The guide was friendly, made sure that we were safe when we were driving and helped us take beautiful pictures. If this is your first time driving in Japan, I would recommend getting a guide as it can be quite intimidating/scary driving alongside other cars and trucks on the main roads, while you are in a go-kart.
