We were a group of 4 friends traveling together and we had an amazing experience with MaxTours for this 2D/1N tour.
We got picked up at the hotel in Las Vegas in the morning on Day 1, and then we drove to Hoover Dam. After that we went through several stops throughout the Historic Route 66. The afternoon was spent on a few amazing stops at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.
The hotel we stayed in the evening in Page was new and clean, and it was delightfully way beyond our expectations.
The next day we went to Horseshoe Bend and after that to Lower Antelope Canyon, before finally driving back to Las Vegas.
Michael our guide and driver was the best. Very friendly guy, and we felt very safe with his driving. He provided lots of snacks and drinks for the road. We can really recommend this amazing tour!
- We took the 2d1n Grand Canyon and antelope canyon tour and it was great. We had an amazing service from Michael and was insightful, always checking in on us and trying to adjust the journey to fit us. Had considered driving by ourselves but we either needed more days, had to drop some sights or had to endure long driving days. Michael’s driving was really smooth and he was always on hand to point out an interesting spot or find the best photo spots and helping to take great photos. Didn’t regret signing up for the tour and we mentioned so many times how we were lucky we took this tour rather than try to drive by ourselves. The hotel in Page was comfortable and breakfast in the hotel was good. Had snacks available throughout the entire trip and it was really comfortable. Best way to catch it within your Las Vegas itinerary.
This tour was extraordinary! In a single trip, we experienced the best of the west - hiking to Horseshoe Bend, losing our breath in the Grand Canyon, walking Route 66, learning with a Navajo guide in the surreal Antelope Canyon, dining in small towns, and driving through the stunning state of Utah. Our tour guide, MaKayla was 10 out of 10.
I highly recommend this trip! Although Antelope Canyon is closed until the end of this year, the Peek-A-Boo Canyon that local supplier MAXTOUR took us to is also beautiful! The tour guide Adam carefully reminded us that there is still driving time for the next itinerary, and there will be a rest stop every one and a half hours (and the rest rest toilets are very clean and many rooms do not need to queue 🤣) breakfast is provided on the car ( Muffins, bananas) There are also many kinds of snacks, drinks, water, all of which are unlimited supply, you will not be hungry at all! After arriving at Peek-A-Boo Canyon, the team leader Laura took us into the canyon. Not only did they drive us through the sandy land with four-wheel drive, but they also found fossils and traces left by the Hopi to show us (usually I would never notice when I went there) After coming back from the canyon, Adam has already prepared the lunch burger~ I arrived at Horseshoe Bay and Bauer Lake in the afternoon. The tour guides were very careful to tell us where fewer people can take better photos, and they will also help take pictures and flip other travelers. Let us refer to the beautiful photos 😂 is really great! The tour guide Adam has been in China for six years and his Chinese is very good. Those who don't speak English can participate with confidence! On the road, if you don’t want to eat what is provided in the car, you can also buy other fast food at the rest stop. The whole journey time is just right, not too rushed or too boring, and the return journey ends just before sunset. The relationship between the epidemic and the tourism industry is not booming now. This Maxtour really makes me feel their intentions. I chat and get along with tourists like friends. I highly recommend it~~~
Amazing tour with a fabulous guide Adam Difrisco. We had a little incident resulting in delay to join the group but Adam was really patient to help us and we didn’t miss a thing. Extremely well planned itinerary and great service and explanatory. The antelope tour and horseshoe bend are not too be missed. A special shout out to Matthew for making the trip to send us back. If you are looking for a personalised small group tour with enough time for photos and sightseeing, this is a tour to join.
Michael, our tour guide, contacted us a day before our tour to confirm pick up venue and time. He also provided important information about weather and things to bring. On the day itself, he picked us up promptly from our hotel. The tour bus was clean and comfortable with WiFi and charging ports. He prepared lots of drinks and snacks for us to consume along the trip too. Nobody goes hungry. We stopped at all the photo spots as stated in the itinerary and he added an additional Lake Powell look out point on our way back. Our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites was great. The itinerary was excellent too. Antelope Canyon is a must go! Although it was a long drive, Michael made appropriate stops for us along the way. He is friendly, hospitable and takes good pictures. This tour is kids friendly. I brought my 9 yo and 12 yo on this trip. They enjoyed tremendously.
