The location is easy to find near Maxwell Snack Center. The masseurs were pretty good, not great for me, but at least they were soothing when I was uncomfortable.

very good experience very relaxing, love the onsen part where you can just soak chill and enjoy the vibes with your partner. massage was ok. service was decent. rather pricy but can indulge once in awhile

I went to the mandarin gallery branch and it was a really good, smooth, and relaxing experience. I liked that there were private beds with curtains separating others for privacy. the blankets provided were super comfy and the staff were totally not pushy at all which i appreciate. overall a great experience!

Love the ambience and atmosphere of the spa. Very relaxing when I first step in, which makes it very conducive for my foot reflexology treatment. Masseuse are very processional and skilled, totally no hard sell at all. Totally enjoyed the experience and will definitely return!

Quality setvice with friendly personal and stunning environment. Refreshments were also nice, I skipped the meal, and the massage was also very relaxing. Reccomended experience in Singapore for a relaxing day. :)

Massage was good and on the point. Facial was surface cleansing and more product demo selling. Dinner was quite bad. Not up to standard of bespoke shangri la.
