Great experience, the attitude of the pick-up and boat waiters was very friendly. I was a little concerned about the contact method when I first ordered, but it was actually very convenient. I hope this review can help people who are a little worried before ordering like me. 1. Choose and order the type of service you want. 2. I ordered the pick-up service, and filled in the hotel name, address, name, and phone number on the checkout screen (mobile phone numbers cannot be used abroad, so I have a note to contact via WhatsApp). 3. Pay by credit card. 4. 2-3 hours before departure, someone contacted me via WhatsApp to tell me the approximate time of arrival, and sent me another message when it was close. I waited at the hotel entrance and someone came to take me (no need to worry about getting on the wrong bus). This service left me with very good memories in Istanbul.

The stay on the ship lasted about two and a half to three hours, and although the food was not particularly plentiful, it was very good value for money. Because you can sit on the boat and enjoy the night view of the strait. I think it's worth recommending

we chose the option with no pick up, which saved us quite a bit. Location was very easy to get to by using the metro. food and vibe was overall great.

This is a very cost-effective activity: this price allows you to sit for three hours to enjoy the night view of the harbor, there are entertainment performances, and dinner and drinks (although the food is average). In addition, there will be a photographer on the boat to take pictures for you, and you can choose whether to buy it later according to your wishes.

Our experience on the Istanbul Old City tour was phenomenal, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Batu! From start to finish, Batu's knowledge of Istanbul's rich history and vibrant culture was truly impressive. He didn't just recite facts; he wove captivating narratives that brought the ancient sites to life. Every question we had was met with a thoughtful and detailed answer, demonstrating his deep understanding of the city. Beyond his expertise, Batu was consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to spend the day with. His passion for Istanbul was infectious, and it made our exploration so much more engaging and meaningful. Adding to the fantastic experience, the lunch provided was also surprisingly delicious and a welcome break amidst our historical journey. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul and want to truly immerse yourself in the wonders of the Old City, I cannot recommend this tour, and especially tour guide Batu, highly enoug

Interesting experience with dinner on the boat, you will be sharing a table with strangers because it is a big table for 10 people. The fish is grilled and seems to be unseasoned so it is a bit bland for me. But overall quite good for the price!

It was a very good tour. The Bosphorus cruise was not a bore at all like most people said. It was beautiful and the hot free coffee/tea warmed us in such a windy cold night. The destinations in the itinerary are very good, giving us the chance to explore different places. The included Turkish menu for lunch is excellent. We were served with salad, beef and chicken, rice, smashed potatoes, bazlama bread, Turkish sauce, thick soup and soft drink. Dessert is tea and baklava. It is important to get the guide's whatsapp contact because sometimes we couldn't find him at the agreed meeting spots. It was a long que at the cable car. We were sent to a Turkish Delight shop. So much choice to taste and buy. Prices are not cheap. The transfer bus was too big to go through small lanes that it just simply dropped us off nearby our hotel. We had to walk 5 min at 9.30pm to arrive to our hotel with our luggages (we checked into another hotel). Overall the tour was great.

I had booked this tour for my parents, and they had a great time! They were very helpful and responsive prior to the trip. The pickup, dropoff and everything in between was top-notch. Would highly recommend!
