Very easy and convenient. No physical ticket is issued, just a passport (for foreigners) is used to enter the platforms. When going through the main entrance, you need to go through the manned gate because the machines don’t recognise the passport (in my experience). Second class seats were still comfortable, like an economy seat on an airplane. Just be aware of where to place big luggage, as space is limited.
