    The Problem

    Many online travel agencies and brands only focus on lower-funnel marketing and pushing out ads.  We now live in a world where content is king and need to focus on pull rather than push marketing strategies. However, scaling content is time-consuming and challenging.

    A majority of travel listings are not differentiated and there is a large gap for relatable lifestyle content.

    What content opportunities can Klook offer?

    1. Build Blog Content at Scale with Klook 

    We have four types of blog content:
    • Listicles - listicle pieces perform well on SEO as people are searching for upper funnel ‘things to do’ pieces which gives them an overview of a destination.
    • Experience Highlights - dive deeper into a certain activity or experience, detailing everything the reader would need to know before they go (opening hours, directions for getting there, what to expect, reviews, etc).
    • Events. We can also create pieces of content around an upcoming event to draw more attention to it, especially on new events with no existing content. 
    • Destination Takeover - The Klook Team can produce cluster blog pieces on a specific destination to ensure all pillars of content are covered - from things to do, itineraries, food & beverage, accommodation and more. An example of a past destination takeover is Hunter Valley.

    2. Engage Quality Influencers at Scale Through the Klook Tribe

    We’re constantly working hard to provide opportunities for our operators to be seen by customers domestically and globally, so we have a program to help you get the Klook Tribe of influencers and content creators out to experience what you’ve got to offer!
    We’ve got 250+ influencers with an average of 40k+ Instagram followers with content spanning travel, lifestyle, parenting, photography, health, fitness, and sports. The Klook Tribe of influencers share unique codes alongside their content so we are able to track the conversion success of each influencer.

    We organised Australia's highest dance party - a live DJ performance set on a hot air balloon and invited influencers to party with us. This sky-high event was covered by Urban List and The Gold Coast Bulletin.

    Our video channels span across three main social channels and we create tailored videos for each channel:

    Tiktok
    Recently, Klook partnered with Destination NSW to showcase the best of NSW through the #LoveNSW campaign - creating a suite of videos hero-ing specific Sydney activities suited for millennial FITs, as well as families.
    We additionally created 15 second cut down versions from the Destination NSW hero videos for Facebook and Tiktok, which highlighted each individual activity and encouraged people to make a booking on Klook with an additional promo code to get out there and explore

    ​​4. Build Custom Landing Pages with Klook

    Klook’s custom build functionality includes options of customised banners, video plugins, blog plugins, a countdown timer, FAQs, promo code redemption, and activity features. Custom landing pages on Klook reach approximately 50 k monthly page views. Our landing pages hosts all relevant content and feature activities:
