Frequently Asked Questions about the Klook Kreator Program
1. Is there a minimum follower count to join the Kreator Program?
Yes, you'll need to have a minimum of 1000 followers on a social media platform to be eligible for the Kreator Program.
2. How do I get my personalised discount code?
You will receive a welcome email with your exclusive promo code inside within 3-5 days of signing up! (Check your spam/ junk folder as well!) Drop an email to klookkreator@klook.com if you have yet to receive the email.
3. How will I know how much and when I get paid?
You will receive a monthly report on your earnings and be paid 3 months after the month of booking. (i.e, Commission for bookings made in Jan will be paid out in April) Commission payout will be calculated by the 15th of each month and released to your account at the end of the month.
