Are tickets to the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE available on Klook?

Klook is the Official Experience Partner of the four (4) concerts of BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE. BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE will be held at Singapore National Stadium. The concert dates are scheduled for 17, 19, 20 and 22 December 2026. As the Official Experience Partner, Klook will be introducing Klook Experience Packages, which refer to concert tickets bundled together with a Klook Attraction or Klook Hotels and Attractions.

When will the Klook Experience Packages be available?

The official sale start date for Klook Experience Packages on the Klook mobile app and Klook web (collectively “Klook Platform”) is at 12PM, June 5, 2026 (Singapore Time).

Can I get presale tickets from Klook?

There is no Presale available on Klook. All Klook Experience Packages will go on sale at 12PM, June 5, 2026 (Singapore Time).

Where will the concert be held, and when are the concert dates?

The BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE will be held at the Singapore National Stadium. The concert dates are scheduled for 17, 19, 20 and 22 December 2026.

How many tickets can I purchase per booking?

Each Klook Registered User may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per booking. This limit corresponds to a maximum of four (4) Klook Experience Packages if you purchase the Attraction bundles, or two (2) Klook Experience Packages if you purchase the Hotel and Attraction bundles.

Where can I purchase the Klook Experience Packages to BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE?

Klook Experience Packages on Klook are only available for purchase on the Klook Platform. If you are using the Klook mobile app, please ensure it is updated to the latest version (7.43.1 and above).

Why is Klook only selling Klook Experience Packages? Does Klook sell concert tickets only?

As the Official Experience Partner, Klook will only be selling Klook Experience Packages, which refer to concert tickets bundled together with Klook Attraction Tickets or Hotel and Attraction Bundles. Klook does not sell standalone concert tickets.

What is the minimum age requirement for concert entry?

There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below three (3) years old. Each individual aged three (3) years old or above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission. Any individual who is twelve (12) years old and below must be accompanied by a guardian aged eighteen (18) and above, who will be responsible for their safety.

What does the overall Klook Experience Package amount include?

The total amount includes the concert ticket price, Klook Attraction Tickets and/or Hotel Price and the ticketing partner’s booking fee. There is an SGD $20 booking fee per ticket for tickets of SGD $301 and above, while there is an SGD $10 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $101 and $300.

Does Klook sell VIP tickets?

No, Klook does not sell VIP tickets.

Do I need to be a member of BTS FANCLUB in order to purchase?

No, you don’t have to be a member of BTS FANCLUB to purchase from Klook.

Do I need a Klook account to purchase the tickets?

Yes, you would require a Klook account to purchase the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN SINGAPORE. We suggest you sign up beforehand to ensure a seamless experience on the sales date.

Is it a lottery to purchase Klook Experience Packages?

Your tickets are confirmed upon successful payment. The sale of Klook Experience Packages are not based on a chance-based lottery system.

If I require accessible tickets, what will the process be like?

Which platform could I use to purchase the Klook Experience Package?

You can use both the Klook mobile app (App version 7.43.1) and Klook web to purchase the Klook Experience Packages.

Can I quit the queue?

We suggest that you stay on the queuing page in case you miss your turn.

Can I opt for another show date once the booking is confirmed?

You cannot change the date once the booking is confirmed. Please refer to the exchange & refund policy here.

I am a loyal customer of Klook, are there any benefits that I can get for BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN SINGAPORE since Klook is the Official Experience Partner?

For fairness, every Klook Registered User needs to join the queue during the on-sale date for an opportunity to purchase the Klook Experience Packages.

I was in the queue, but it said “Sold Out” before it was my turn. I thought joining the queue would guarantee availability?

The Klook Experience Packages will be offered for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Joining the queue does not guarantee the availability of the Klook Experience Packages on the Klook Platform.

Can I choose my seats when booking on Klook? Or/ My friends made a separate booking, can we ask for our seats to be next to each other?

To the extent practicable, Artist Management and Klook will endeavor to assign the best available seats that match the quantity and ticket category that you have purchased, based on the concert seating chart as provided by Artist Management and the Ticketing Partner. If you wish to be seated together, we recommend purchasing tickets in one booking to increase the likelihood of being assigned contiguous seats. However, final seat allocation will be subjected to actual availability and at the discretion of Artist Management//Klook.

Do note that seat selection is not available.

How can I access my concert tickets after purchasing from Klook?

You can review your confirmed booking through your Klook account. The concert tickets will be updated on your booking confirmation page at a later date as determined by the Artist Management/Event Promoter/Ticketing Partner in its sole discretion. You have to present the electronic ticket for entry.

Can I transfer my concert tickets to other people once I have redeemed/retrieved them?

By sole discretion of the Artist Management/Event Promoter/Ticketing Partner, your Concert ticket(s) will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold or OFFERED FOR SALE. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, including but not limited to online auction sites, will not be valid for admission. The resale of a Concert ticket renders it invalid and may lead to refusal of entry.

The option I want cannot be selected. Does that mean it is no longer available?

If an option is greyed out and unclickable, it means that the Klook Experience Packages have sold out. Please select another package option.

When will the Klook Attraction Tickets expire?

The Klook Attraction Tickets are valid from June 5 to December 31, 11:59PM 2026 (Singapore time), unless directed by Klook otherwise. The Klook Attraction Tickets are valid only for bookings made via the Klook Platform, excluding listings from and on third-party platforms. The booking calendar for Klook Attraction Tickets operates based on the merchant’s schedule, typically with a lead time of two (2) to four (4) months. As a result, dates further in the future (e.g., December) may not yet be available.

If you require a later date, please check the attraction booking pages closer to that time.

How will I receive my Klook Attraction Tickets?

The Klook Attraction Tickets will be issued in the form of a full discount promotional code credited to your Klook account within twenty-four (24) hours. There will not be any email notification sent to you; please check the "Account - Promo Codes" under your Klook account. This promotional code must be applied to a subsequent booking to facilitate the issuance of the final attraction tickets.

This promotional code cannot be used directly for accessing Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, Singapore Adventure Cove Waterpark, Bird Paradise, and Night Safari.

Why are some dates not available when I try to exchange for Klook Attraction tickets?

The booking calendar for Klook Attraction Tickets operates based on the merchant’s schedule, typically with a lead time of two (2) – four (4) months. As a result, dates further in the future (e.g., December) may not yet be available. If you require a later date, please check the attraction booking pages closer to that time. The purchased Attractions are subject to limited daily capacity, and Klook does not hold responsibility if your desired date is unavailable.

We strongly recommend you book your slots at the earliest convenience when the calendar is open.

If I booked the attraction using the Klook Attraction Tickets I received but I cancelled the activity afterwards, will my Klook Attraction Tickets be refunded too?

No, Klook Attraction Tickets are non-refundable once they have been used. If you cancel the activity that you have purchased using the Klook Attraction Tickets, the refunded amount will be the actual discounted payment amount, while the Klook Attraction Tickets will not be returned to your account.

Can I exchange Klook Attraction Tickets into cash?

The Klook Attraction Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers, or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated. We strongly advise you to view the package details from the respective Attraction before purchasing.

Can I pass my Klook Attraction Tickets to my friend/family's account?

Can I change the hotel accommodation stay dates after the booking is made?

Stay dates cannot be changed once the booking is made. The date of check-in shall be the same as the selected Concert date. No exceptions shall be allowed.

What are the available hotel accommodation room types? Does the hotel accommodation stay come with complimentary breakfast?

Details of the room type and inclusions are available on the Concert page. The hotel accommodation stay comes with two (2) complimentary breakfasts. You are advised to review the room type (the room type will be run of house and assigned upon arrival) and all details of the hotel accommodation prior to purchase.

What do I need to show to the hotel accommodation upon check-in?

Please bring the passport/ID with the same name as you filled in the booking to check in.

How can I choose the check-in date for the hotel?

The date of check-in shall be the same as the selected concert date. No exceptions shall be allowed.

I want to stay for more than one night. Do you have packages with more nights?

Our Klook Experience Packages include only one night's stay at your hotel accommodation of choice. Should you require a longer stay, you may book additional nights separately at Hotel Michael.

If I cannot attend the event, can I get a refund?

This event is strictly non-refundable. You cannot apply for a refund once the booking is made. Please refer to the exchange & refund policy here.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card methods, including Apple Pay and/or Google Pay, are generally available on the Klook Platform, unless such payment methods are not available in your region. Payment methods may change if any of the partners has scheduled maintenance/downtime during the sale period.

Why are some payment methods unavailable?

Certain payment methods may not be available for the concert. Any payment methods not visible during checkout can be assumed to be unavailable for the concert.

Are the packages available in other currencies?

Yes. Packages are initially priced in SGD, but your local currency will be applied automatically at checkout based on the current exchange rate.
