I chose Klook because the office is easy to see as soon as you exit the departure hall, so there's no risk of getting lost. Just show your e-ticket to the staff member at the office entrance, and they'll call the driver for you. We just sat at the table in front and waited. I think we waited for about 5-7 minutes, but it was more convenient to sit and wait than to look for a sign with my name on it. lol The flight was delayed, and there was a bit of a problem with the automated departure screening, so one of our group members had to go through manual screening, which took some time. But I was grateful that the driver was so kind and helpful. Of course, the product included a 2-hour waiting time, but they waited almost 2 hours and were still very kind. I'm not used to the road conditions with cars and motorcycles all mixed together, but we arrived safely in front of our accommodation. They also helped me move my luggage.
