Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! was truly exceptional — incredibly patient, professional, friendly and understanding.
My family had a massive flight delay, which left me extremely worried about their arrival and transfer. Throughout the whole situation, Mr. Takahashi remained patient, communicative and reassuring. Knowing he was there waiting for them and taking care of everything genuinely put my mind at ease and gave me such a huge sense of relief.
His driving was excellent- smooth, safe and comfortable throughout. He was also incredibly kind and helpful, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing the best possible service.
