as a coffee hobbyist, this has been the main highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Through this workshop, I found a renewed appreciation to Vietnamese Robusta. This was a fantastic workshop! Mark is a humorous and patient teacher, and his English is excellent. As a Chinese person who barely passed CET-6, I could completely understand and follow along. Everyone felt comfortable participating and interacting in class! After the workshop, coffee recipes were provided, and the environment was great. It was very interesting to chat with coffee lovers from all over the world. Don't hesitate to come and try it out! Plus: Mark is very muscular and handsome! If it's sunny, the alleyway at the entrance is a great spot for photos! Highly recommended!!!
