Super easy to use and fuss free! I was worried as this was my first time getting an e-sim but the experience was very seamless, and at a great price. Definitely recommended! My phone model wasn't listed as eligible for e-sim but I was able to check it online and everything went well.

This experience was really bad and disappointing. I expected to use it on 9/22 and purchased the ticket on 9/17. However, I did not receive the QR code until 9/22. I entered the app to find a customer service specialist but... No matter how you answer the question, it is a smart helper. When you finally turn to the specialist, you are told that this is provided by the supplier and you need to contact the supplier. I am not sure whether this situation is normal or an occasional omission.
You pay for what you get. Wifi was very inconsistent and most times would straight up not work. I do not recommend this unfortunately.
