The lights are very beautiful. The drones are very beautiful. I recommend buying tickets in advance because the queue is quite long.

the show was great however klook should also put a warning that there will be no transport after the show. I know that other platforms like KKday offered a shuttle bus package which was very considerated.

asking for a refund for this.. before 9pm we were at the Designated bus stop but no bus was going to pick up. it was 10 of us waiting there. we waited untill 9:45 but no bus. we all booked here in klook and we were disappoint on how this was arranged. we were unable to celebrate the new year’s eve in kobe. wasted our time and effort in Japan for this mess. i hope you’ll refund our money.

The light displays were as advertised and amazing in variety and colour. there were some food truck which was good. The smell however was disgusting. it was like the place had been built on an abandon fertiser plant. We had to leave early as we could not stand the smell. it made it very difficult to enjoy the lighting let alone eat food. overall a bad experience and I would not recommend. I would actually discourage others from going

I had a very disappointing experience with Klook for the New Year countdown event in Kobe. My partner and I booked two tickets, including shuttle service from Osaka. The confirmation email and sales page stated the pickup time was 21:00, but the actual pickup was at 20:00. As a result, we and five other groups waited in the cold for nearly an hour with no shuttle in sight. After contacting customer service onsite with no immediate help, we had no choice but to miss the event.
Although I eventually received a refund, Klook’s misleading information and poor customer service left us with a ruined experience, lost time, and unnecessary discomfort. This was extremely frustrating and unfair.

we couldn’t find the venue, not enough information provided. even locals cannot assist us as there are no taxis available in the area. we even met 4 others looking for the venue and like us decided to go back to Osaka. 😭 worst is this is non refundable. 😩

The light show is beautiful, the fireworks are beautiful, it’s great. It’s just not convenient in the suburbs. It would be even better if we can provide a pick-up and drop-off package next time.

The drone show + fireworks + illuminage all together made it a truly memorable experience for the group. The venue was sprawling so it did not feel crowded at all.
