What to expect
Are you looking for a fun way to enjoy the water? Mermaiding is not only great fun but also excellent for fitness and water confidence. The SSI Try Mermaid program is your introduction to the world of mermaids and mermen and to swimming with a mermaid monofin.
This entry-level program from SSI allows you to experience the underwater world in a confined water setting. Learn entry techniques, how to move with your mermaid monofin comfortably and safely, and correct breathing for underwater swims and skills.
With safety in mind, your Mermaid Instructor will be in the water with you at every step. You will earn the SSI Try Mermaid recognition eCard.

I enjoyed my day with my instructor Maggie. she is incredibly helpful and nice. she shows you how to breathe and how to move your body in the water. She takes the corse in steps and takes underwater videos of you. she edits everything and send your the final copy. she also sent you the raw footage as well. when I’m back in KK I’ll definitely take the higher level. this class is good for anyone who is solo traveling and don’t have another person to join them. 5/5 stars.
