The photography plan is offered as an add-on option to the kimono plan.

Therefore, the starting time for the photography plan is generally two hours after the reservation time for the kimono plan.

If you wish to have your photo taken earlier, please contact us in advance.

When traveling with your child/children, please select the Family Plan. If traveling with your parents, we regret that you cannot purchase the Children's Plan alone. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have two children, please select "Family Plan, Group of 3 (1 female + 2 children)." We regret that you cannot purchase the Children's Plan alone. Thank you for your understanding.

If traveling with a male and female, please select the Couple Plan. It cannot be purchased alone, so please be aware.

For adult kimonos, there will be limited options for those with hip measurements exceeding 130 cm.

For children's kimonos, this plan is applicable to children with a height of 70cm or more.

For children's kimonos, this plan is applicable to children under 13 years old.

Upgraded hairstyles are suitable for adult women.

Regarding the photography plan and makeup plan,

Due to the photographer's schedule,

Reservations must be made at least one week in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience.

It takes approximately 45 minutes for each customer from selecting a kimono to completing the hairstyle.

Please return the kimono by 17:00 on the day of rental.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.

Notice to customers:

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be considered invalid.

If it is more than 10 minutes after the start of your reservation, we will give priority to customers who arrive on time.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation within 7 days of booking, you will not be refunded.
