Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu 2 Days Tour

This is a package consisting two different local tours, transportation and accommodation arrangements. Luan Travel planned & booked everything for me, saved me so much hassle and I didn’t need to worry about meeting schedules. There’re some tiny hiccups as well as some alone time in between, and the agent provided timeliness support via WhatsApp along the whole trip, I wanna thank the agent for being very responsive and reliable, he had been checking up on me after each major activity, it’s especially nice for solo traveller. Also would like to thank the two tour guides in this trip, they’re so knowledgeable and humorous, I understand the Peruvian history and culture much more now, and I’m still stunned by the spectacular views of Machu Picchu. This has been the most unforgettable tour out of all the tours I had joined in Peru

Two days itinerary in charged by two different tour guides. The first tour only responsible for sacred valley tour and drop me at the train station to catch the train by myself. once arrived the final destination of train station, I have been picked up by the hostel owner which didn’t provide hair/body shampoo to guest and the condition of room is very bad. It just like an extremely cheap hostel service. That hostel even next to the busy street and the whole night is just only the music noise is torturing me. The tour guide in Machu Picchu had nothing to complaint and all perform well. This is the lowest cost performance of tour package. I strongly suggest who intend to buy this package better think twice not become the another poor guy who has been cheated.

Please comprehensively inform the traveller of the travel arrangements and advice on the appropriate time for heading into Macchu Picchu

It can be said that this was the worst experience. The itinerary was not very clear, and the customer service did not explain it clearly. In the end, the actual itinerary did not match the original description. The tickets for Machu Picchu were actually required for us to queue up on site to buy them after we arrived. How could this be considered as including the tickets? As a result, we could not buy the tickets that we expected to take time, but the train back to Cusco was booked in advance. I was very speechless. All arrangements were different from the original description.
