The tour guide, skiing and transfer services for the day were very good. It just took a lot of time to communicate and arrange the details of the itinerary before traveling. This resulted in a bit of unpleasantness before the day of the trip. Question 1: I wanted to ask whether ski clothing and equipment are provided (because some accessories are not provided on the travel itinerary), but I have been unable to get a clear response when I communicated with customer service before departure. Question 2: The service is to pick up and drop off at the hotel, but no one took the initiative to contact me the day before the trip. I asked the platform customer service, and the customer service said that there was a problem with my hotel information, and the driver and tour guide had not been contacted before the trip. I spent the entire afternoon and evening communicating with the customer service and the tour guide who only contacted me at dinner time about the pick-up location.

This package is most convenient for lazy people (me) who want to experience skiing and hot springs. The transportation is very convenient, cars can go in and out. Get on the bus at the door of the hotel and get off at the door of the hotel when you come back. It is very comfortable. The driver turned out to be our ski instructor, and his car carried a total of six to seven people. After arriving at the ski resort, another ski instructor taught us. The two ski instructors were very kind. The activity writing package includes 90 minutes of teaching, but it is actually more than that. There are also restaurants in the ski resort, but we had to rush to the hot springs, so the time was a bit tight, and there were many people lining up in the restaurant. It is recommended to bring your own food because there is no hot spring.

It was my first time to play veneer, and I really had a coach teach me the tricks first. On the 7th time I tried to go downhill, I was finally able to complete the slide in one take.

The ski resort is very fun, and I spent 2 hours playing in the snow tub with my children. The food in the restaurant is average but not expensive. The hot springs are great, but unfortunately there are no family hot springs. My son (9 years old) can only go to the men's hot springs by himself, which is a special experience. The driver Xiaoma is very considerate, picks up and drops off on time, and takes special care of the children. Highly recommended.

It is a very worthwhile trip. Both adults and children had a great time this time. The only part of the trip is snowboarding instruction and fun. It would be even better if it could be changed to skiing!

Although there was a bit of a situation at the beginning and I did not receive a pre-departure notification before the trip, I was contacted through the official customer service later. The driver has good driving skills, but he smokes in the car. Even though the windows are open, there is still a smell of smoke. The horse trainer at the ski resort is very responsible! The overall process is very unreliable. The pick-up service did not contact us until 8 or 9 pm the night before departure, and if we did not ask Klook, we would have no idea when the driver would contact us. The driver only queued up to buy tickets when he arrived at the ski resort, leaving the whole group in the parking lot to wait for a long time. However, this was something that could be arranged in advance. There may not be a coach available for the selected event, and you won't be informed until you buy the ticket. After entering the ski resort, we had to pick up the equipment ourselves. However, the scene was in chaos. We had to explore everything by ourselves, which took a lot of time. After the designated gathering time, we couldn't find anyone after settling in. It was even more ridiculous when we arrived at Arima Old Street. We were told at the entrance of the parking lot that we could buy tickets just by walking forward. We didn’t specify the location nor did we say it was a hot spring. It took a long time after getting off the bus before I called again and said that there was a long queue for the hot springs, so I might not be able to soak in it, otherwise I would miss the meeting time. Every aspect is so casual and dumbfounding.
