- The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) and will be notified by email at any time afterwards.

- The itinerary includes a cable car. The Mount Fuji Panoramic Cable Car cannot be booked in advance and needs to queue on site. If the Fuji Panoramic Cable Car is suspended due to weather conditions announced by the authorities, or the subsequent itinerary may be significantly delayed due to queuing, it will be changed to a Kawaguchiko cruise.
- Use vehicle type: dispatched according to the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, the driver and the accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide the whole tour service. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.
- Weather conditions may affect the best viewing period of flowers or red leaves. The trip will not be suspended or refunded for this reason. Please note.
- Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there is a possibility of serious traffic jams. It is recommended to bring light meals.
- The flower viewing period or maple viewing period will be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. After the trip is formed, it will not be affected by the flowering/maple red conditions. Please note.
- After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers.
