Klook Pass New Zealand Tours

Mt Cook/Hooker Valley hike was beautiful (3 hour hike but you can go at your own pace and not do the full hike). Milford Sound was a lovely scenic cruise. The guides/drivers were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

It was very good. The guides during the tour were very friendly, and I used the Klook Pass at a low price. I wish the exact pick-up location was provided in more detail for Koreans. For example, platform 1 at Sky City Terminal, bus stop across from Blue Peaks Lodge, etc. The point is correct, but the point where the car stops is also across the street, so there were a few situations where it was easy to accidentally miss it if you weren't careful.

Manage to enjoy all the tours and the glacier tour was the most worth to visit although it was quite pricey. However, I saved a lot by buying the package.

Fantastic trip! Wanaka, arrowtown and mount cook were gorgeous. I really recommended mt. cook hiking. You have to spend 3 hrs but the goal was valuable 😊💓

I'm glad I was able to make reservations for both Milford Sound and Mount Cook at a great price!!! The way the online reservation deadline was written was hard to understand, and I wasn't sure how many days in advance I could make a reservation or when the expiration date was, so I hesitated until the last minute to make a purchase. I think it would have been better if that had been written a little more clearly.

The tour itself was good. However, it is unreasonable that refunds cannot be processed for products that are said to be available but cannot be used due to a lack of staff at the company. There are too many products that cannot be used. Or, if you expand your options, you can choose a different experience for the experience you want, but there aren't many options. I think it would be better to apply for a tour separately rather than a tour pass than to have it canceled due to a lack of participating executives. I don't want to use it again next time.

Book your events right away. By the time we were ready to purchase and reserve the events with the pass were half gone!

The pass promotes experiences that are not bookable for the entire validity period of the pass. Terrible experience
