This activity includes a route from Fukuoka City to Kumamoto Castle, Beppu Onsen, Yufuin Onsen, Mount Aso, and so on. You may also customize the route according to your needs.
How long will we stay at each attraction and does it include admission tickets?
The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos. As for the admission tickets, this activity does not include the tickets, you need to buy the tickets by yourself. For the included fee please refer to package details.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This activity includes toll fee, parking fee, insurance, and one free child seat (if needed). Additional costs may include attraction tickets, the second child seat, extract over-time and exceeding kilometer fee..and so on.

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the order is placed?
The operator usually provide the driver information and car plate number 1 day 18:00 pm (local time) before the service. Operator may contact you via the contact you provided (WhatsApp / WeChat / LINE).

During my trip to Fukuoka, I was looking for a private car driver for a one-day tour of Kumamoto for a long time. I paid for this product, which seemed to be the most reliable among them, and in conclusion, I am very satisfied with it! We were a family of 6 people from 3 generations with my grandfather, and the cost was about 850,000 won, 10 hours a day + 1 hour extra. Japan is expensive, so I think this amount is very cost-effective for the six of us to move around comfortably. At first, I was worried because I did not hear from them until a week before my trip after making the payment. So I contacted the number listed on the Klook page through the Line app, and it seemed to be a car company. I contacted the driver through the Line app in the afternoon one day before the tour, and he guided me very kindly. We were supposed to meet at 8 a.m. on the day of the tour, but they contacted us to say we arrived at 7:50, and we were preparing in the lobby in advance, so we started the tour right away. From start to finish, the driver (his name was hugo) was really, really kind, and my whole family was grateful. They provided us with brief guidance on all travel destinations and helped us spend our time well. I had a lot of concerns about the half-day trip from Fukuoka to Kumamoto, but thanks to this product, I had a really happy and comfortable time. A day trip to kumamoto and Mt. Aso. What I like... 1) save time 2) good for elder and kid... What I do not like... 1) not much time in each spots...
This trip is my first time to Kyushu. Because it is more convenient to drive in some places in Kyushu, for those who are not sure or if you are going with friends, you can recommend chartering a car. Firstly, it is very maneuverable. Secondly, because there are so many people, it is actually better to divide it with the public. The transportation is similar. The only thing that can save you time is taking public transportation and waiting for it. I haven’t suggested it yet. The driver can also speak Chinese on the day of taking the bus. Unfortunately, it takes eight hours to travel from Kumamoto to Aso to Fukuoka. It’s not enough. In the end, there is overtime payment.

It was the rainy season in Kyushu in those few days, and sometimes it rained heavily, so a one-day tour with a chartered car is the most convenient choice.
