• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified of the cancellation by email the day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, confirmation of cancellation will be made by 18:00 local time the day before departure and you will be notified by email.

Seats and Vehicles

• This is a group tour, and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special requests, please indicate them in the remarks. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation.
• The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people and cannot be specified. When there are fewer people, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief.
• If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle, and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards.

Itinerary Adjustment and Safety

• Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000–¥10,000 per hour).
• The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, duration of stops, and tour time may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation.
• In the event of weather or force majeure that causes the suspension of facilities such as cable cars and cruise ships, alternative attractions will be visited or the duration of stops will be adjusted.
• No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons, changes to the meeting point at the last minute, or leaving the group midway through the tour. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group.

Season and Scenery

• The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when the visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking.
• Seasonal limited events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering season and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled and no refunds will be given.

Other Information

• Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain tours.

* This tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please register cautiously based on your health condition.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel periods such as Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often severe traffic jams or early closures of attractions. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
