What to expect
Our class starts with a visit to Antón Martín Market, just 200 metres from the school, where we buy the fresh ingredients needed for the menu—vegetables, seafood, and other typical Spanish products.
Back at the school, you’ll prepare your sangría and a seasonal starter: gazpacho in warmer months or a warm salad during cooler weather.
You’ll then cook your own paella, Spain’s most iconic dish, while our chef explains its origins, cultural importance, and shares practical tips.
After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creations as lunch with your fellow cooks.
Classes are in English, no experience is required, recipes are prepared in pairs, a recipe booklet is included.
All dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
