Tainan Historic Sites Pass (Tainan Station Pick Up)

It was very convenient and easy to redeem and use. The shuttle bus pass was efficient when we tried to move around the places which are a bit far apart.

It seems that the locals don't know much about this card, but it's also smooth and valid for each attraction, so I will use the remaining admission next time ~

I can utilize it due to loss which is my fault. However, it's quite similar to Taipei FunPass which I also had. A handy tool if you're spending a day in Tainan.

Amazing pass with free entrance to the most historical place in Tainan !

Very useful card which allows to travel on local bus for free and free entry to historical sites. Can be topup and use for train and bus rides

The package is nice. Some of those vouchers are not entirely worth it. There are other landmarks to see that I wished that it could be included. But if it is something tourists would like to see, then buy the package. The pass is cool. Can be used anywhere in the country.

In general, it is not recommended to buy. It is not a bad sight, but this package is not worthwhile. First of all, each of the four attractions is 50 Taiwan dollars, which is 200 Taiwan dollars. Most buses in Tainan are NT$18. Unless it is crazy to ride, it will not be used too many times in 24 hours. However, this Tainan Play Card is priced at NT 350, plus shipping from Kaohsiung to Tainan Station. How to count is not worthwhile, really not as good as the scene to buy tickets.

1) Value - not worth it, you can buy a pass that's NT150 for 4 historic attractions (5 listed, pick 4) and each bus ride is NT20 using the Taiwan travel card 2) Ratings on a number of the attractions are bad and boring anyway, the interesting ones like the fort and the treehouse are walking distance of each other and can be accessed using the NT150 historic sites card. 3) User interface/User experience on the App is poor - Only after clicking to view the details did I decide to buy the card but it wasn't clear that pickup had to be from Tainan Station itself. By then I was already at the Fort and the digital voucher didn't work so I contacted customer service to cancel before the confirmation was done / when the order was still processing. 4) Customer Service - absolutely terrible! I was put on 2 chats which terminated prematurely while trying to resolve the issue and in the end after waiting a long time for the check, they insisted that no refund can be made so the card was completely unused and useless Point being : Do not buy! Just either pay per attraction NT50 each or get the tourist card for NT150.
