• The event will be held in rainy weather, but may be canceled in the event of stormy weather. In that case, we will contact you at least 3 hours before the event.
• In case of cancellation, we will contact you within 3 hours of the event, so please register your contact information.
• In the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the site. Please note.
• For plans that include insurance premiums, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance's special travel compensation insurance will be applied. Please contact us for details.

• Vouchers can be viewed by logging into the Klook app/site, tapping 'Booking' from 'Account' and clicking 'View Voucher'.
• If you can't present the voucher to the local staff on the day on your smartphone or other device, you can't use it.
• Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the Internet, and may not be accessible in places without a WiFi environment.
