• If you can't present the voucher to the local staff on the day on your smartphone or other device, you can't use it.
• Please note that the URL to display the voucher must be presented on a device such as a smartphone that can connect to the Internet, and may not be accessible in places without a WiFi environment.
• When entering the facility, the electronic voucher must be operated by the facility staff. Please note that if you make a mistake by yourself, your ticket will be invalid and you will not be able to enter.

• We are open all year round except for facility inspection days. We will be open even in case of rain. (However, if business is difficult due to typhoons or heavy snow, the park may be closed on the day.) *Disabled tickets are not sold online. Present your disability certificate at the ticket window on site to purchase the ticket.
