- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data plans (e.g. 5GB only) do not have any speed limitation. You will be able to use the entire data balance at full speed. The package will expire when the data balance is used up. You can topup more data if needed (refer to email instructions)

This is a must have and must do when traveling to EU! as soon as we touched down BERLIN, it has gotten all the signals and all notifications I needed. During our layover , we couldn't reach our daughter because the wifi in the airport wasn't really that efficient. Comms were difficult but when we were still in the airplane and has touched down- whew! It is a great Esim! Very easy to install and activate. Even seniors like me can do it.
