Reply from Klook

Hi, we thank you for raising your concerns and sharing feedback on your experience - it is regrettable that things weren't up to your expectations with your booking with Manila Super Yacht Cruise. This isn't what we'd hoped to hear and will be taking this as honest, constructive feedback to share within the team and merchant. What we'll do for you, is report this back to the merchant on your behalf. That said, we thank you once again for choosing to book with Klook and we hope to serve you again. Sincerely, Sya
