The process was smooth. However to note that you are unable to make a time booking online, only walk in available. Children are required to climb up the slopes by himself, cannot be assisted. So if your child is too young and scared. Recommend to wait till they are older.

I went there on a weekday and it was very empty. There was only 1 other couple with us. It consists of 3 levels and 1 slide. We managed to clear everything very fast as there was no queue. It was very tiring for us though. After 10 to 15min, we were more or less done. We just hung around and chill after that.

Visited airzone twice and both times was really a great workout with my kid! The allocated time seems short but is actually more than enough to work out a sweat. Will love to see if in the future there could be new play areas to keep things fresh for people returning to play. The most popular zones are definitely the huge colourful balls and the ball pit!

A playground kids and adults would both enjoy. less than 10 pple when we were there on weekday morning of school holiday, so plenty of space for everyone.

we had lots of fun. the staff are friendly and kind and know their stuff 👍🏻 altho the time seems short, you're already tired out by the time your slot ends. haha! recommended visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Children easily expend their energy in a one hour playtime. Customer service was prompt and communicative. Highly recommended and will visit again in the near future.

Awesomely fun session at the AIRZONE for the kiddos and the adults! Always sourcing for places to keep my kids active and moving on weekends. Good good good good good good!
