What to expect

Tambara Ski Park is a ski resort located in Numata City, Gunma Prefecture. Our motto is "easy for everyone," and seven of the eight courses are for beginners and intermediates. Perfect for those thinking of making their debut on the slopes or those with children. The recommended course for beginners is the Woody Course. It is a long course with a longest run distance of 2,550m, offering great views and allowing you to ski on a gentle slope for a long time. The Lakewood Course is popular among intermediate players. You can enjoy skiing in a vast view overlooking Lake Tambara below. The best time to try the "Trial Course" for advanced skiers is the day after it snows. You can ski on smooth, uncompacted powder snow. Tamba Land is a snow playground for children.
