We would not book through Klook again. The vehicle itself was clean and in good condition, but our experience with the assigned driver and service was disappointing. The assigned driver/company was unprofessional. Before our scheduled departure, we received multiple messages urging us to leave earlier than planned. Then, during our 9:00 pickup window, we were called and texted repeatedly—almost every minute—until we got into the car. Communication during the trip from Singapore to Malacca was also poor. The driver spoke very limited English and did not provide any meaningful communication throughout the journey. We were also concerned to see the driver texting while driving.
