We took the same driver when we visited the night market and supermarket in Nanmin Island at night. The great thing about Klook is that I booked at different times and he helped me arrange the same driver so that we didn’t have to communicate with the driver again. The driver's service attitude was very good.

Package is really worth if you are travelling for long hours. However, the downside is the lack for communication and confirmation… Was kind of scared the driver would not turn up during our first day because the number provided did not responded to any messages.

Convenient to book, and can arrange to travel to multiple locations within the allocated time. However, generally unresponsive on the whatsapp number provided, so do let the company know in advance via email if you have any requests.

The driver Mr Rahman made our day. He brought us to our all our destinations safely and was knowledgeable and humorous while driving us there. He was also able to bring us to local lunch spots and supermarkets which we requested for. The car itself was also comfortable with some complimentary water bottles provided. A smooth and pleasant experience overall, Will highly recommend!

The only downside about this package is the lack of communication and confirmation… Otherwise, the driver is really nice and on time!

From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our journeys very pleasant. Our driver was professional, punctual, and extremely courteous. He drove safely, knew the routes well, and was always patient and accommodating to our schedule changes. Communication was clear, and we felt well taken care of throughout the trip.

Absolutely loved the ride. We were given the name, plate number, and phone number of the driver prior the ride. Our driver Masrur came in time, had been super friendly and helpful. The car was fresh and comfortable. We have completed our itinerary as planned. Highly recommended.

A different driver assigned on the actual day due to 'rain and maintenance'. Driver came slightly late but compensated us the time. A very nice and patient guy. Tried his best to accommodate our requests. Worth the money.
